My yoga journey began so long ago I can't even remember it not being a part of my life in some form. I continue to find my true self through the practice and teaching of yoga. There is so much that interests me about yoga; pranayama (breath), asanas (movement), chakras, meditation, philosophy, ayurveda, anatomy, mindfulness, spirit. I can't even begin to count the ways in which yoga has positively influenced my life.

I was fortunate enough to have my precious son, Nolan enjoy one of the most important parts of my yoga journey through my hatha vinyasa yoga teacher training at De La Sol in Hamilton, Ontario. What an impact the training, amazing teachers and fellow students has had on Nolan and my life. I feel so blessed that I can share my knowledge and love with others.

I began teaching in my home studio in January 2013. What an incredible experience so far! I enjoy every moment of teaching and I learn so much from my wonderful students.

Yoga will help in your quest to find yourself. Embrace it, learn from it and most of all enjoy the journey.
